Accounts are counted in one total, whichever networks they are on.
One profile, page or channel on any network: Facebook, Instagram, Substack, YouTube or any other. One Facebook login that manages three Pages is three accounts.
Free includes 10 accounts, Creator 30 and Agency 200, on any mix of networks.
Agency includes 20 workspaces, one per brand or client. They share the 200 accounts, so a workspace keeps clients apart and does not add accounts.
We only call something unlimited when it costs us almost nothing, and we say what is still capped.
The number of posts you can schedule each month is unlimited on both paid plans. Each network applies its own limits on top, and the composer shows them.
A few networks charge us for every post, so they have allowances that depend on your plan. Those are written down in our docs. Read the X posting limits.
Unlimited means normal use by you or your clients. Accounts must belong to you or to the clients you manage, and we may suspend a plan that is used to spam.

You get a clear message naming the limit. At a cap such as accounts or workspaces you cannot add more, and nothing already scheduled is deleted.
No. Each plan includes a set number of accounts and the price is the price: there is no per-account charge and no add-on for another account.
